Mount Royal School facilities include:
- 10 classrooms all computer networked with cable TV
- Library with automated library system and online reference centre
- Networked Windows computer lab with full Internet access
- Student computers in every classroom
- Laptop computers for individual projects
- Terraced Music Room
- Gymnasium with stage for daily physical education concerts and assemblies
- Art/Science classroom
- Large fenced play area with playground, baseball and soccer fields

Playground Equipment
We are currently fundraising to replace the playground equipment to provide our students and the community with new facilities. Our goal is to raise $74,000 for this purpose. If you are interested in support this project, please contact the school at 477-8707.
In addition to the playground equipment we have an outdoor basketball net and tarmac with hopscotch games painted on the surface. Students enjoy recess activities with additional balls and skipping ropes provided by our parent council.
Lunch Program
Mount Royal School has a dedicated lunchroom staff that ensures students who remain at school during the lunch hour are provided a safe and caring atmosphere. Lunch supervision is provided for students whose parents are not at home during lunch. However, as there is a 60 minute lunch break, we expect most children to go home for lunch as it provides a break from school.
The lunch supervision is provided on a user pay bases as the district regulations does not allow money from the school budget to cover the cost. For more information about our lunch program, please contact the school.
